expensive head cover
the SWIMMING pool water was uncomfortably cold. i also did not appreciate that they require a hair cover for swimming. you cannot use the pool unless you buy an expensive head cover from them, WHICH felt unnecessary and inconvenient. THIS delay was frustrating.

The room was cleaned daily. I found the bed, room, bathroom, and wardrobes all clean. The water pressure is really good. I received one-liter bottled water daily for hot drinks.. they also have a scale for weighing luggage. The staff kept my luggage safe after I checked out until my flight.
The swimming pool is very small and the spa is expensive.

The location is ideal, very close to taksim square and public transportation. It is within walking distance of istiklal pedestrian street. This made getting around the city easy.

The front desk staff were always helpful. The cleaning lady on floor 10 kept my room perfectly clean daily. I really appreciated her hard work and dedication to maintaining the room.

the location is ideal near taksim square and public transport. the room was clean daily. the staff was professional (i especially appreciated the luggage scale).
the swimming pool water was too cold. there was a request for hair covers before entering the pool. i found that a bit odd (i was not informed beforehand).
